Claude Handoff: Capability Lattice Specification
Goal
Formalize the Capability Lattice concept as introduced in community-protocol-trust-substrate. The objective is to create a specification that formally maps MCP tool manifests to the type signatures of the underlying rust and C# implementations, enabling static analysis of multi-agent workflows.
Seam
The vault currently contains:
- The polyglot-platform-adr, which defines the aspirational Tier-0 (Rust) and Tier-1 (C#) architecture.
- A complete reference for the Model Context Protocol.
- The community-protocol-trust-substrate note, which proposes the core theory but lacks a formal specification.
The concepts are linked, but no formal schema exists to bridge the MCP layer with the language type systems. This handoff is the seam between the high-level theory and the creation of a formal engineering specification.
