Execute Batch B of the language-root hardening plan from language-root-hardening-plan-2026-05-02: harden powershell and typescript into functional hub notes.

Batch A (Rust + Python) was completed this session. This is the direct continuation.

What was done this session, for continuity:

  • Anthropic advanced capabilities batch — 7 new notes: anthropic-adaptive-thinking, anthropic-message-batches, anthropic-files-api, anthropic-mcp-connector, anthropic-tool-runner-sdk, anthropic-managed-agents-model, lit-anthropic-advanced-capabilities. Three existing notes deepened. Committed d5caeb63.
  • Rust + Python hub hardeningrust.md and python.md rewritten with vault-local framing and three-track cluster navigation. rust-moc.md updated to add Vault Applications section. Committed e48f34aa (with Gemini's maintenance commit a0d0fc12 landing just before it).

Verified Facts

From language-root-hardening-plan-2026-05-02:

  • powershell — 36 incoming links, current ~150 words
  • typescript — 35 incoming links, current ~120 words

Both already have Codex-authored vault-local framing (written 2026-04-27) — this is an advantage over the Rust/Python starting state. The framing is accurate but both notes are still thin: no cluster navigation, no "start here" guidance, no distinction between fundamentals and advanced topics.

powershell.md has: operations layer role, "bridge between knowledge graph and executable maintenance", references to powershell-moc, ps-automation-spec, ps-vault-maintenance, poshwiki.

  • Handbook track — the vault has 12+ TypeScript Handbook notes (types, narrowing, generics, utility types, etc.); route through them with a learning path
  • Applied track — MCP SDK examples, workbench tooling, Node-based integrations
  • Where to start — for someone approaching TypeScript as a Rust or Python developer
