Handoff: Gemini Cleanup Boundary
Context
Codex completed the engineering slice and committed it as:
44ff45e — feat(impl): Codex build sprint, vault health repair, and proof round
That commit intentionally stayed narrow. The repo is still broadly dirty outside that scoped engineering work.
Ownership Split
Gemini Owns
Gemini should clean up the remaining content/graph/integration worktree, especially:
- broad
01_Wiki/*.mdmodifications from synthesis or ingestion passes 01_Wiki/community-reports/00_Raw/_manifest.yaml- content reconciliation for newly created or imported notes
- graph/content normalization after ingestion
- any follow-up embedding/auto-link/content registration work
Codex Owns
Codex should handle follow-up only inside the engineering/tooling lane:
02_System/chunker.py02_System/test_chunker.py02_System/memory_mcp/00_Raw/tier-0/- maintenance-script logic in
02_System/*.ps1 00_Raw/workbench/integration or proof automation- cleanup of engineering byproducts such as
Cargo.lock, Python cache dirs, or local test artifacts if needed
Why This Split
The remaining dirty worktree is dominated by wiki and graph-layer changes, which map to Gemini's earlier ingestion and graph-integration lane. Codex has already isolated and committed the implementation/maintenance slice, so mixing the broader content cleanup into the engineering lane would blur ownership and make future verification noisier.
Current Verified State
- Sprint implementation committed
- Python sprint tests passing
- Rust Tier-0 tests passing
- Vault maintenance health restored to
100/100 - Workbench proof artifact captured at
00_Raw/workbench/proof-vulture-nest-maintenance.json
Recommended Gemini Next Step
- Review
git status --short - Isolate the remaining wiki/content changes from the Codex commit
- Reconcile the dirty
01_Wiki/set, manifest, and community report files - Re-run graph/content validation after cleanup
