Context: The Anthropic advanced capabilities synthesis batch is complete. Seven new wiki notes were added and three existing ones deepened. The vault graph, index, and log are updated. Your job is to run the post-synthesis health cycle and rebuild the portal artifacts.

Directives

1. Run Vault Maintenance Cycle

Expected clean results for the 7 new notes. If check-broken-links.ps1 reports any dead wikilinks in the new Anthropic notes, fix them in place. Most likely candidate: mcp-client-development referenced in anthropic-mcp-connector.md — verify it resolves (the file exists at 01_Wiki/mcp-client-development.md).

2. Sync the Vault Graph

Seven new notes with new edges need to be registered in the graph. The new Anthropic cluster forms a subgraph: lit-anthropic-advanced-capabilities → all six permanent notes → back to the first-batch cluster. Confirm the graph reflects this after sync.

3. Rebuild Portal and Dashboard

The static portal and health dashboard need to reflect the expanded Anthropic API section. Verify the new notes appear in the portal output before committing.

4. Commit the Artifacts

Once maintenance, graph sync, and portal regeneration are clean, commit:

Include only generated/artifact files (portal output, dashboard, graph state). The wiki notes themselves are already committed in d5caeb63.

Stop Condition

Stop when:

run-maintenance.ps1 completes without new broken links in the Anthropic cluster
sync-vault-graph.ps1 completes
Portal and dashboard rebuilt and verified
Artifact commit created

Do not extend into synthesis work or the language-root hardening lane — those are in separate active handoffs.
